Spicy Bean and Guacamole Burritos

Fixings

1/2 glass canned low-fat refried beans
1/4 glass salsa
3 tablespoons arranged guacamole
1 glass destroyed romaine lettuce
2 little (6-crawl) entire grain tortillas
1 glass red grapes

Make It

Blend together beans and salsa. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Put warm bean blend, guacamole, and lettuce on tortillas and move up. Present with grapes as an afterthought.

Flame broiled Cheese with Turkey and Tomato

Fixings

2 cuts entire grain bread
1 cut cheddar
2 ounces cut turkey
1 cut tomato
Cooking splash
1/2 container pea pods
2 tablespoons low-fat farm dressing

Make It

Make sandwich with bread, cheddar, turkey, and tomato. Coat a skillet with cooking splash and toast sandwich for around 3 minutes on every side, until bread is brilliant chestnut and cheddar is softened. Present with pea pods and farm dressing.

Pizza Burger

Fixings

1 veggie lover burger
1 entire grain ground sirloin sandwich bun
2 tablespoons canned pizza sauce
1 cut part-skim mozzarella cheddar
2 tablespoons cleaved new basil
1 little apple

Make It

Warm burger and place on bun; best with pizza sauce and cheddar. Microwave sandwich for 20 to 30 seconds to dissolve cheddar; include crisp basil. Present with apple as an afterthought.

Meatball Sandwich

Fixings

4 meatballs
1 entire grain frank bun
2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
1/2 glass cut green pepper
2 tablespoons ground Parmesan cheddar
1 medium orange

Make It

Warm meatballs in microwave. Put on bun with sauce and peppers, and sprinkle with cheddar. Warm sandwich in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Serve orange cuts as an afterthought

Bean stew and Chips

Fixings

1 glass canned turkey or vegan bean stew
1/2 glasses solidified broccoli
3 tablespoons destroyed cheddar
1/4 glass squashed corn chips

Make It

Combine bean stew and broccoli and microwave for around 5 minutes, until broccoli is delicate. Beat bean stew blend with destroyed cheddar and pulverized chips.
